CORE4 is a weight-loss system from XYNGULAR.

Here’s what I’ve been doing:

• ACCELERATE – 1 tab every morning
• LEAN – 1 scoop every morning (with 8 oz. half water/half orange juice)
• ACCELERATE – 1 tab mid-afternoon
• CHEAT – occasionally sprinkled on my evening meal
• FLUSH – 2 capsules 1 1/2 hours before bedtime

It sounds complicated, but, frankly, I’m dismayed how little my routine has changed. My appetite must be reduced because I know I’m eating smaller portions at lunch and dinner. My craving for chocolate in the evening is dramatically reduced, but hasn’t disappeared completely.
