Did you know that network marketing has seasons? Network marketing seasons vary from country to country, but follow this pattern:

January to May -fast business building

June – August – slow

September to U.S. Thanksgiving – fast

Thanksgiving to New Year – slow

Bottom line: It’s generally easier to find new network marketing team members when people aren’t on their summer vacation or enjoying the Christmas season.

Q: “Should I wait until September to begin prospecting?”
A: No, there’s never a bad time to make new friends. Summer and Christmas are great times to meet new people.

Bluntly, I’ve grown to dislike the word ‘prospecting,’ at least as it applies to network marketing. It makes me think that your goal is to search for gold in someone’s pockets, rather than developing a mutually beneficial relationship.

Build relationships and the money will follow.

The best network marketing compensation plans have urgency built in, so it really doesn’t matter what time of year it is.

Everyone who joins XYNGULAR after you, worldwide, will be part of your team.

It’s not a secret that enormous numbers of people, worldwide, are at risk from, or already troubled by, health problems because of their excess weight. Excessive fat has become the #1 risk factor of our time, surpassing smoking. According to the World Health Organization, globally, there are more than 1 billion overweight adults and at least 300 million are obese. News articles about excess weight are published hourly.

The risk has been recognized for decades, but the problem persists. What can be done?

Almost everyone knows:

exercise is good

we need lean tissue, muscle, to burn calories

too many calories are not good

fast food is usually bad

soda and junk food are almost always bad

If we already understand that we should eat less and exercise more, why aren’t we doing it?

Clearly, I can’t speak for anyone else, but I can tell you that:

I don’t have as much energy as I once did

I enjoy food

I spend too much time in front of my computer

I watch too much TV

getting fresh air, has come to mean going for a drive and then a short walk

Fortunately, my behaviour is improving. I’m a little embarrassed to admit that it required a supplement to get me going in the right direction.

XYNG, pronounced Zing, is working for me.

I’m eating less and moving more. I’m losing weight and feeling great.

Are you a network marketer or potential networker who lives in Canada? Are you trying to find a Canadian MLM?

Network marketing in Canada has its challenges. If you’ve been networking for long, you may have experienced some, or perhaps all, of this scenario:

you discovered a ground-floor, potential money-maker, but it started in the USA and wasn’t open for business in Canada

you set up a US address to get a head-start and made frequent cross-border trips to pickup your orders and cheques

when the opportunity finally arrived in Canada, the product was “for personal consumption only, not for retail”

the variable currency exchange rate and shipping costs made your product expensive and thus difficult to market

hassles with Canada Customs

Canada Post handling charges

you joined a network marketing company that was already well established in the US, but was pre-launching in Canada only to discover that existing, high-ranking, US distributors were more appealing to your fellow Canadians than you were.

What if instead, you discovered a company that:

was only six months old (20100601) and launched in Canada at exactly the same time that it launched in the U.S.

had a Canadian office, staffed by Canadians

had products that ship directly to you from the Canadian office without going through Customs

was very competitive in a trillion-dollar industry

had reasonable shipping costs with no charges for orders over $200

made it easy for you to do business online

offered low startup and low monthly costs

featured a remarkable commission structure that removes most, if not all, the roadblocks to your financial success?

Hey, even our President’s wife was born in Alberta.

My name’s Dr. Frank Eves, I live in a gorgeous village on Canada’s west coast. XYNGULAR Canada will allow me to network the world from the comfort of our home. My commute is over when I grab a chilled glass of fresh orange juice from my fridge.

When I began shopping for a ‘WordPress Premium Theme’ three names kept popping up – Frugal, Headway and Thesis. I believe Thesis was the first design platform/framework theme and as such had been recommended by any number of big-shot bloggers. That said, it quickly became obvious to me that the newcomers Frugal and Headway were worthy of my very serious consideration.

Background: I’m not an Internet guru or web developer, I’m a retired medical doctor who enjoys the flexibility of creating my own online presence. I wanted a theme that was flexible and powerful, but most importantly I wanted a theme that was straightforward to use; I didn’t want to spend hours playing with CSS, HTML and PHP.

A couple of things grabbed my attention early on. Eric Hamm the guy behind the frugalTHEME, appeared to have a very logical mind and struck me as, not just a clever fellow, but also as a nice guy who was/is determined to help less web-savvy folks and, ultimately, to create a great WordPress framework supported by an active online community.

When I had a close look at the Frugal theme I liked:

the video tutorials

the theme support forum

the very clean default style

the straightforward SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

after making changes the ability to revert to a previous snapshot

the options export and import

the image uploader

In the end, I chose the frugalTHEME because it was user-friendly, and fully customizable (about 600 options organized in a logical way). I purchased what they call the Developer Basic version yesterday (20100605). I’m looking forward to the promised Frugal theme upgrades for life.

Disclaimer: After purchasing frugalTHEME I became a Frugal affiliate, so I’ll earn a little income if you purchase using this link:

‘The 100 Greatest Recordings of all time’ from the Franklin Mint has been called the ultimate private library of fine recorded music. Every recording was selected by a distinguished panel of music authorities (Martin Bookspan, Schuyler G. Chapin, Franco Ferrara, Irving Kolodin, William Mann, R. Gallois Montbrun, Marcel Prawy, Andre Previn, William Schuman and H. H. Stuckenschmidt).*

The library was first announced on the 100th anniversary of Thomas Edison’s invention of the phonograph. Each recorded treasure was pressed with a special vinyl formulation that enabled a clear, quiet playing surface on a more rigid LP disk. Every record was pressed in an atmosphere controlled “clean room.”

There are 50 library cases. Each library case houses two proof-quality long playing records, with each record resting, fully protected, within its own dust free compartment. The record is firmly supported within the closed compartment in such a way that the grooved playing surface never touches any part of the case. Each library case includes a specially written and illustrated commentary, by a respected music expert. The composers and their works are discussed in detail, and background information is provided on the orchestras, conductors, ensembles, and featured soloists.

This is a truly unsurpassed private library of recorded music.

I listened to a couple of disks on my Linn Sondek LP12/Linn Ittok arm. I sold the Linn gear decades ago and I haven’t had a turntable since.

My library has been stored vertically in a sofa table for over thirty years. The vast majority of my LPs have never been played. If you are a vinyl audiophile, you won’t find a more impressive collection.

The complete 100 LP collection is now available for purchase

CORE4 is a weight-loss system from XYNGULAR.

Here’s what I’ve been doing:

ACCELERATE – 1 tab every morning

LEAN – 1 scoop every morning (with 8 oz. half water/half orange juice)

ACCELERATE – 1 tab mid-afternoon

CHEAT – occasionally sprinkled on my evening meal

FLUSH – 2 capsules 1 1/2 hours before bedtime

It sounds complicated, but, frankly, I’m dismayed how little my routine has changed. My appetite must be reduced because I know I’m eating smaller portions at lunch and dinner. My craving for chocolate in the evening is dramatically reduced, but hasn’t disappeared completely.

Oh, I’ve also had 1 capsule of XYNG daily for the last few days.
